The Event

Does Cocktail Camp have an age limit?
Yes, Cocktail Camp is a 21+ event. IDs will be checked at the door.

Will there be a bar?
Yes! We have three social hours scheduled for the day, each of which will be serving two cocktails and a punch. Four drink tickets are included with your admission to the event.

Will lunch be provided?
We will not be providing lunch but the Gerding Theater cafe will be open, and there are a number of great options only a short walk away from the venue.

Where is the Gerding Theater?
The Gerding Theater, aka The Armory, is located at 128 SE 11th Ave in Portland. It’s in the Pearl District, at the corner of NE 11th and Davis. You may also think of it as being “right around the corner from Teardrop Lounge” or “right up the street from Clyde Common”. Here’s a Google map to help you find us.

Tickets

How will I get my ticket?
You will receive your ticket via email immediately after purchase. This ticket must be printed and brought with you the day of the event.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Sure! If you can’t make it for whatever reason, feel free to give your printed ticket to a friend. Tickets are fully transferable.

Presentations

Can I use my presentation to promote my business or product?
Cocktail Camp presentations should focus on the instructional or informative, not advertisements. You are welcome to incorporate your product into your talk, but please be sure to provide value to our attendees outside of just product promotion. If you have a product to promote, please consider sponsorship instead!

I understand my talk will be filmed. Can I get a copy of the video?
Sure. We don’t have all the details about the video worked out just yet but we plan to make all videos available for download as well as streaming online.
