The Event

Does CocktailCamp have an age limit?
Yes, CocktailCamp is a 21+ event. IDs will be checked at the door.

Will there be a bar?
We’re on a limited budget and the cost and legalities involved in running a bar are a little too much for our small group. We’ll all be heading over to Clyde Common afterward though (bring cash or plastic; we can’t cover your drinks there either).

Will lunch be provided?
We will not be providing lunch but our location is within walking distance of the Green Dragon and Lucky Labrador pubs. We’re also working on getting some local food carts to set up outside.

Tickets

How will I get my ticket?
You will receive an email receipt immediately after purchasing your tickets, and a printable PDF copy by email within a few days. This printable ticket must be printed and brought with you to CocktailCamp on April 11. If you lose the email with the ticket, contact us and we’ll see what we can do about getting you a replacement.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes! If you can’t make it for whatever reason, feel free to give the PDF or printed copy of your ticket to a friend. Tickets are fully transferable.

Presentations

Can I use my presentation to promote my business or product?
No. CocktailCamp is a community-oriented, non-commercial event. Presentations are meant to be instructional or informative, not advertisements. If you have a product to promote, please consider sponsorship instead!

Can I use slides or other video?
Yes! We will have a projector available but a laptop is your own responsibility.

I understand my talk will be filmed. Can I get a copy of the video?
Sure. We don’t have all the details about the video worked out just yet but we plan to make all videos available for download as well as streaming online.
