• Andy Beach will be giving a course in Potionotics 101, explaining the science behind sweet and savory infusions of spirits and mixers.
• Steve McCarthy will be talking about the past, present, and future of artisan distilling.
• Robin Catesby and David Molner will lead a discussion of pairing food with cocktails.
• We’ve got a tiki trifecta with Craig “Colonel Tiki” Hermann, Blair “Trader Tiki” Reynolds, and Matt “Rumdood” Robald teaching us about the rums, syrups, citrus, and spices that make up our favorite tropical drinks.
• Dennis Hahn will be talking about cocktail party planning, from the drinks, to the food, to the music, to the decor.
